Hi thanks for the update. I guess that Eclipse is picking some configuration (like the padding of its own tabs) directly from the theme, which is indeed larger than Ambiance by design.
Yaru theme does not have any configuration specifically for Eclipse, so I am sorry, but it is not something we can fix. I am not even sure this is a bug, actually.
