Hi, I just tried, and here sigil runs seamlessly on focal.
I can't imagine how it could be looking for libpython3.6m.so, when sigl in focal was built against python 3.8. Can we double checkout that you are actually running the sigil I expect you to? Please run sha256sum /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/sigil/sigil and try to run that binary instead of plain `sigil` ** Changed in: sigil (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1901335 Title: Repository version of Sigil won't run on all Ubuntu 20.04 systems.
