Public bug reported:

Starting kernel: linux-aws-lts-18.04

I followed the instructions at: https://ubuntu.com/blog/introducing-
the-ubuntu-aws-rolling-kernel-2

ubuntu@ip-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx$ sudo apt update
ubuntu@ip-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx$ sudo apt install linux-aws-lts-18.04

You can see the package "linux-aws-lts-18.04" installed before (and
after) the kernel is updated. It seems to work fine unless the machine
is rebooted. At that time, the kernel will be updated from
4.15.0-1041-aws to 5.4.0-1028-aws.
