Public bug reported:

Fresh install of ubuntu 20 and fresh install of steam, cannot run steam
because libllvm-10 packages of amd64 and i386 architecture conflicts:

 libllvm10 : breaks: libllvm10:i386 (!=
1:10.0.1~++20200809072545+ef32c611aa2-1~exp1~20200809173142.193) but
1:10.0.0-4ubuntu1 has to be installed
 libllvm10:i386 : breaks: libllvm10 (!= 1:10.0.0-4ubuntu1) but
1:10.0.1~++20200809072545+ef32c611aa2-1~exp1~20200809173142.193 has to be
installed

See here for debian that had the same problem
https://www.reddit.com/r/debian/comments/je2z8a/testing_branch_help_with_libllvm10i386_upgrade/g9bx7ll/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

Until this is fixed, libllvm10:i386 cannot be install and thus steam doesn't
work on Ubuntu Focal.
(despite the great work done to keep i386 arch)

** Affects: llvm-toolchain-10 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
