Public bug reported: After an upgrade pulseaudio does not run properly after boot unless I restart the service with the command systemctl --user restart pulseaudio. Reinstalling the service with the comand apt-get install --reinstall pulseaudio also solves the issue.
I am currently running Kubuntu 20.10 and the pulseaudio version is 1:13.99.2-1ubuntu2.
