The default arctica-greeter background is set as
'/usr/share/backgrounds/ubuntu-mate-common/Green-Wall-Logo.png', and this is
the image displayed during login.
If dconf-editor is used to change this image to one of the other greeter
background images, such as '/usr/share/backgrounds/ubuntu-mate-common
/Grey-Wall-Logo.png', the selected image is not displayed. Instead, the
default image is always displayed.
