Checked that grub live-server iso arm64 boots; and focal 20.04.1 does
not.

Disabled secureboot, installed focal; upgraded to grub2 packages from
proposed i.e. 2.04-1ubuntu26.6 & 1.142.8+2.04-1ubuntu26.6.

rebooted, enabled secureboot.

horay system boots correctly with secureboot, as said in the bootctl
(secure boot enabled).
