Public bug reported:

Setup: Dell laptop with inbuilt fingerprint module
Below modules installed:
1) fprintd (1.90.1-1ubuntu1)
2) libpam-fprintd (1.90.1-1ubuntu1)
3) libfprint-2-tod-dev (1:1.90.2+tod1-0ubuntu1~20.04.1)
4) Installed Broadcom TOD driver

Test procedure steps:

Logout from the user
Try to authenticate with enrolled FP
Observe that FP authentication allows login, but immediately asks for user
password with error, attached screenshot of error
"The login keyring did not get unlocked when you logged into your computer"

journlctl log didn't had any specific errors mentioned and log comes out is
same for regular FP identify and post log-off and FP identify.
