Beta's still not Final, for what it's worth. And upgrading to Groovy post-Beta/pre-Final will not get you Beta, but it will get you Beta+, which, again, could lead to broken situations.
That said, as of the 8th, both GUI and TUI upgrades from Focal to Groovy have been tested in Lubuntu (the only flavor that actually seeds qps) with no issues, so I'm thinking your issue lies either with what I mentioned above or with some particular quirk of your own system which itself may not be unlikely given that you appear to have started this particular system with Kubuntu. Unraveling what that may actually be is not likely to be easy, though. We'll do some more testing on this end and report anything here that is problematic, but, as of now, I have no reason to think there's an definitive issue with qps or its dependencies. Also apport is totally appropriate for reporting bugs on *any* packages in the repository, so don't worry about Universe. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1899616 Title: Upgrading from focal to groovy, qps cannot be updated To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qps/+bug/1899616/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
