flightgear 2019.1 was removed because it didn't build with the new openscenegraph (bug 1883713).
flightgear 2020.1 was then uploaded, which fixed this bug but FTBFS on s390x (Debian https://bugs.debian.org/963201). Because of this, it is held in -proposed (https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive /proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#flightgear).
