Thanks for your report, but it's apparently not a bug in the desktop
documentation.
Please feel free to file a new bug against a reasonable package. If you
are using standard Ubuntu it may be gnome-shell, for instance. But if
you do, please submit the bug using this terminal command:
ubuntu-bug gnome-shell
Also, make an effort to explain the behavior in more detail and compare
it with the expected behavior.
