Public bug reported:

No way to install ppa-purge. No application found ppa-purge in the
Ubuntu Software and search foir ppa only offers "Ubuntu app platform is
an optional package your app can use to minimize the disk space the app
takes."

Please provide more information to get this upgrade to work or link to
install the purge you require.
