debian/index.html comes from the Debian package.

If you are still interested in this, please open a discussion at

(The Debian references in the page are replaced with Ubuntu and Ubuntu
links in the Ubuntu lighttpd patch, but the "you" is part of the Debian
debian/index.html whether or not to make the changes you have proposed
should be discussed at https://salsa.debian.org/debian/lighttpd/ or
bugs.debian.org.
