Known issue upstream https://github.com/solus-project/budgie-desktop/issues/474
It's actually an xorg issue. The window manager is correctly blocking where space reservation has been made (the panel) The workaround is to use auto hide or intelligent hide which does not reserve space on the screen ** Bug watch added: github.com/solus-project/budgie-desktop/issues #474 https://github.com/solus-project/budgie-desktop/issues/474 ** Also affects: budgie-desktop (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** No longer affects: ubuntubudgie ** Changed in: budgie-desktop (Ubuntu) Status: New => Triaged -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1892613 Title: Left Panel on multi-monitor setup causes issues with window placement on display left of primary To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/budgie-desktop/+bug/1892613/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
