I'm not sure if I'm helping here or not but using my laptop which is also set to a 1366x768 resolution I don't have a problem seeing the 'Reset', 'Cancel' or 'Ok' buttons as they are very visible at the foot of the screen. This is using both Writer and Calc in an Xorg session.
I'm unable to play the video at https://webmshare.com/qda19 so I'm not 100% sure what Pranav Bhattarai is seeing and reporting. I've switched from the Yaru to Adwaita theme and back again but the buttons always remain visible, slightly cut-off but the buttons are visible and usable.
