I haven't tried duplicating it, but as far as I'm concerned, the importance on this should be decided so we can get it fixed. To me, it seems extremely relevant because this bug would be affecting a large userbase. Those are likely to be some commonly used situations, especially with using Ubuntu as a web server with any kind of regularity... to me, web serving's success is mission critical.
