Public bug reported: I upgraded from Bionic to Focal and also have a computer with Eoan. On Bionic and Eoan, if you hit alt-f2 and type a web URL in the little window, it brings up a new Konqueror window with the webpage. On Focal, if there's already a Falkon window open (and I can't set the default browser to Konqueror in System Settings), it opens the website as a new tab in the existing window, even if it's on another virtual desktop. If I hit alt-f2 and type "konqueror", instead of opening a new Konqueror window, it pulls an existing Konqueror window to the virtual desktop.
