Numix theme is doesn't broke Snap applications, at least in Snap store - snap applications becomes transparent when I select Numix theme in gnome-tweak. I'm attaching a screenshot of the same Ubuntu Snap store application window with Numix theme and another screenshot with Yaru theme:
