Hei, After upgrading from ubuntu 19.10 to 20.04 the problem remains. In sound settings I can see bar going up and down due to the voice in a video, but still cannot hear anything. Got sound with bluetooth headset in 19.10. That still works in 20.04 but seems to drop off more often (probably bluetooth related problem) terveisin, Markus
