Public bug reported: Description: Plasma-specific protocols for Wayland
In KDE Plasma 5.19, this is a required dependency of the new source kwayland-server, which in turn Kwin cannot now be built without. In other word, this (and kwayland server) are not optional new sources if K/Ubuntu is EVER going to ship any newer Plasma desktop.
