Public bug reported: Not really a bug, but it took me a while to find that the rights of /var/cache/bind need to be set to the user "bind". "bind" is the user named is running from on (L)Ubuntu 20.04.
I copied my /etc/bind/named.conf.options from another computer running (L)Ubuntu 18.04 which doesn't/didn't have any problems with the proper rights to the cache folder.
