Public bug reported:

Executing cssh with any options other than --help consistently fails
with this error message:

create_menubar: started
X Error of failed request: BadLength (poly request too large or internal Xlib
length error)
Major opcode of failed request: 139 (RENDER)
Minor opcode of failed request: 20 (RenderAddGlyphs)
Serial number of failed request: 181
Current serial number in output stream: 231

I'm running it with --debug 9, and it appears to crash in create_menubar() (I
kept the last debug line showing this), hinting that this may a Tcl/Tk issue.

XTerm works fine.
