A bit background on how I figured out those 2 commands. So let's say you have 6 commands in total:
A command B command C command D command E command F command Start executing commands one by one, from top to bottom (do NOT resort them). Let's assume your sound starts to work after command E. So you know that F is not needed. Now reboot, then do on/off procedure in pavucontrol (as I described in previous comment) and try in this sequence until you hear a sound (play something in a background): E command if did not work, try this: D command E command if did not work, try this: C command D command E command and so on. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1850439 Title: No sound on ASUS UX534FT To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1850439/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
