here a bit of my cat /etc/default/grub

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash modprobe.blacklist=nouveau 
nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=5500 pcie_aspm=off"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="nouveau.modeset=0"


For me pcie_aspm=off was the parameter that helped solve the issue.
