Hi Igor! Yes, possibly a beta bug.

Can you confirm you see the correct, Russian translations inside the GUI, if 
running `update-manager -d`? Especially for the broken strings you mentioned 
before?
"Do you want to start the upgrade?"
"To prevent data loss close all open applications and documents."
"%d packages are going to be removed."
"You have to download a total of %s."

Embedded terminal will still be English, but that is supposed to be that
way.
