Public bug reported:

After trying to get mysql-workbench-community from the AppStore working
I gave up and snap removed it. I then snap installed it from the command
line but attempts to run it are now met with:

~$ mysql-workbench-community 
snap-confine has elevated permissions and is not confined but should be.
