Public bug reported:

pipeline-pgroup.fish is flaky, but appears to happen a lot in launchpad archive
builds, but not in ppas or locally:
Testing file checks/pipeline-pgroup.fish ... Failure in
checks/pipeline-pgroup.fish:

  The CHECKERR on line 44 wants:
    {{(\d+) (?=\1)\d+}}

  which failed to match line stderr:1:
    4395

  when running command:
    env fth=../test/root/bin/fish_test_helper ../test/root/bin/fish
checks/pipeline-pgroup.fish

I found an upstream bug about it:
https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/issues/6693

And an upstream commit that disables it:
https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/commit/e390ee12c28aaddd3b22ad48afb7d26a4e89af2d

** Affects: fish (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
