I think it's better to start terminating processes only when available
memory minimum is 5% instead of default 10%, so, I suggest to add

"-m 5" to EARLYOOM_ARGS variable in /etc/default/earlyoom file

Or use Fedora defaults: "-m 4 -M 409600" ?
