I'm having the same experience. I thought it might be a duplicate of 1838133 (a regression in this case, since that one has been fixed).
My wireless adapter is an RTL8822BE which shows up in lspci and lshw -C network, although under the 5.4.0-28 kernel lshw shows it as disabled (it appears to work for a few seconds after startup). dsmeg shows some issues with changing the power mode of the device although I am too much of a noob to understand it. The issue is also present in the 20.04 live CD. In this case Wifi is initially working and I can see wireless networks, but as soon as a I connect to a network it dissappears. Rolling back to 19.10 under kernel 5.3.0.51 fixes the issue. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1877422 Title: Wifi is not showing on my HP 15s 0091tu laptop To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1877422/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
