@Gunnar: I use Proposed by default, but have now checked. APT claims
that I have the latest versions of packages, regardless of whether
Proposed is enabled or disabled.

I always review the command output before updating packages:

sudo apt list --upgradable

Today, the language-pack-uk-base package update was received from the Proposed 
repository.
By the way: DPKG claims that the file xkeyboard-config.mo belongs to the 
language-pack-uk package.
