Also affected by this bug, running vanilla 20.04 with Nvidia standard drivers
Nvidia version: 440.64 When turning on fractional scaling it defaults to 200% and zooms in on the screen and I can't change it down to 125% or 150% at all. My work around for now is just to use 1440p rather then 4k resolution.
