I've attached a corresponding bug report for Debian, latest version of
the package has switched over to Python3. That has been synced and is
currently in groovy-proposed. Looking at the patch
(https://salsa.debian.org/debian/trash-
cli/-/commit/e338213ce3e89a31407d3739c7fa6c0c39e7f404)  this might be
small and non-intrusive enough that a fix for 20.04 could be applied as
a Stable Release Upgrade (
