Public bug reported:

[ Should be in package ubuntu-mate-icon-themes (as found by apt-file)
but this does not exist according to the Ubuntu bug reporter. ]

At least for some icon sizes, the icons for secure mode (VPN) wireless
network connection are missing from Radiant Mate theme (and probably
some others). See screenshot, which shows a 'no icon' symbol in place of
the network manager icon.

On inspection, the svg file seems to be present in 22 directory only for
Radiant-MATE. Other themes seem to have the icon in 22 and 24
directories
