Looks like there are some unofficial codeblocks packages
(Dependencies.txt) which apt is actually trying to update to the version
provided in ubuntu focal repository (DpkgHistoryLog.txt). The upgrade
has failed.

I would try these two commands to fix the situation.

  apt remove codeblocks codeblocks-common codeblocks-contrib codeblocks-
contrib-common codeblocks-libwxcontrib0 libcodeblocks0

  apt install codeblocks codeblocks-contrib
