The problem with OBS is a different issue, and possibly not a bug at
all. It's probably not realistic to modify all screen recording apps to
understand Ubuntu's Xrandr scaling feature. If you would like to discuss
it further then please open a new bug by running:
ubuntu-bug obs-studio
