I'm sorry that I am not your brother, since I've updated to dev Ubuntu 20.04 and still face the same issue. After trying all meaningful ways to fix the problem (switch kernel, switch firmware), now I have to get rid of 9260 and use USB Wi-Fi dongle. Amaizing.
