Well, thank you s0 umch for the reply, that is the real question of what the question is. What is the definition or guideline of support and what is for bugs. For Instance, when something works in one version and then fails with the upgrade.
Are all hardware issues to be categorized as support? How about dapper's failed cups. Would that be a support issue even though it was working well with breezy. If the documentation is incorrect or does not help solve a problem is that then support versus bug? If the support system does not work to solve a problem and perhaps makes it worse. What is that to be categorized if not a bug? If we can create scripts to help to troubleshoot would that be worthy assistance? Thanks for helping clear this up if possible please.
