Sometimes the Window List will show screenshots/instances of windows
that no longer exist, or are corrupted or incorrect. In this instance,
Steam shows a glitched out window that is unidentifiable and CS:GO shows
a window of GIMP that was closed hours prior. (See Screenshot attached)
