Public bug reported: On live session, some of the desktop features are hidden in the menu-you just see Install Now which will open ubiquity.
However in start menu you can manually access the Desktop Layouts/Themes, and the Applets, but then when you go back the Install Now button is gone, and then you go to a real section such as Featured, or Getting Started, go back and the button is back. It is sort of causing self confusion-it may make since to just keep those theming buttons there and then the install now button, so there is no self-confusion in welcome.
