  Intel NUC5CPYH has two video outputs:
  - VGA
  - HDMI
  
  On HDMI Output
- - the visible pointer can't reach the left screen border by couple of pixels 
(it get stuck in limit position)

  - the invisible pointer in the background handle normally.
  
  On VGA Out
  - the pointer both visible and invisible behave normally
  
+ On Both Monitors connected on boot (Mate 20.04 beta)
+ - the pointer both visible and invisible behave normally on both outputs
+ - removing VGA monitor already logged in on desktop, mouse will behave also 
normally both visible and invisible on HDMI Output.
+ 
+ Connect VGA monitor after boot (Mate 20.04 beta)
+ - same issue as booting with HDMI out only
+ - this does not matter if I use both screens after or just one, issue is 
related to boot initialization.
+ 
  It affects probably all Ubuntu distribution.
- Tested only on Ubuntu and Ubuntu Mate, it affects also current 20.04 daily 
builds.

  Issue first appear on Ubuntu Mate 16.04 after performing LTS hardware 
enabling Stack when first available, and find that is related to xserver-xorg 
HWE, by reverting it back, wile keeping HWE Kernel.
