Public bug reported:

I was installing Ubuntu 18.04.4. During the grub2 part of the
installation it failed with an error "grub installation failed grub-efi-
amd64-signed package failed to install into /target/." This installation
was on a 1 TB partition that previously had Antergos Linux installed.
