Public bug reported: Additional Drivers nor ubuntu-drivers devices doesn't detect any graphics driver, even though nvidia-driver-390 is correctly installed and running via graphics-drivers ppa; they didn't detect any video driver both before and after installing the nvidia driver. Other driver is detected, though, such as iwlwifi. Hybrid laptop Intel/NVIDIA, the latter is a Fermi generation legacy chip (supported up to 390)
