Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

step to reproduce:

1° set a keyboard shortcut:
    System-->preferences-->Keyboards shortcuts-->Launch web browser -->
Ctrl-Alt+I

2° press Ctrl+Alt+I

Expected result: a Firefox windows with the default firefox home page
configured by the user. ( ie www.google.com )
Actual result : a Firefox windows with the user home folder.

This behaviour is due to the url handler configured in
/desktop/gnome/url-handlers/http/command  as /usr/lib/firefox/firefox "%s" , so
when firefox is started with a empty url ( "" ) the user home is presented to
the user.
