** Description changed: Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.22 When resuming from sleep mode the system hangs after posting this ATA exception (transcribed): [ 35.020611] ata3.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x0 action 0x2 frozen [ 35.020689] ata3.00: cmd c8/00:08:d7:a6:3a/00:00:00:00:00/ef tag 0 cdb 0x0 data 4096 in ata3.00 is, I'm fairly certain is my Ubuntu boot disk. My SATA controller is an on-board Promise controller for an ASUS P4PE motherboard. I'll post the lspci data shortly. The other two ATA buses are for the PATA controller which manages an old WinXP disk and my DVD- - RW (each on it's own bus). + RW (each on it's own channel). When it comes out of sleep mode it seems to report that all the USB devices came out of sleep, but then it just stops, waits for a bit and posts the ATA exception.
