FYI: Installing 20.04 Mate daily image (20200321), I noticed two bluetooth icons in the task tray. That seemed similar to the accumulated blue installer icons.
I've probably seen those bluetooth icons before and didn't think much of it. The only reason I reported the blue installer icons was because they were predictably accruing with each cancel and restart of the installer.
