True, but if you look closely, this is not really a problem in the rkward package, but rather the r-base packages were not fully available, yet, when the build was attempted. So the build fails while trying to install the r-base-dev build dependency.
Frankly, I'm not familiar with how this needs to be dealt with on Ubuntu (I only take care of the debian packages). Simply somehow telling the system to rebuild should (probably) be good enough.
