To an end-user like me, it doesn't feel like an advantage with Time
Based Released, I feel like if everyone else can enjoy the latest
version of software, but I cannot.

But if it is true that Time Based Releases make it more stable, then I can
understand using it for important stuff such as system libraries and system
applications.
But maybe for other stuff that is non-critical like the games or something, I
don't want Time Based releases.

When I use Windows XP I can always use the latest version of software,
and I never worry or experience any instability or bugs or stuff...
