Due to a silly mistake by the Debian maintainer (*cough*) python3-azure- cli depends on python3-pyjavaproperties instead of python3-javaproperties. They are different and incompatible implementations. This has been fixed in Debian with the azure-cli 2.0.81+ds-3 upload and with the new source package javaproperties upload: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/azure-cli https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/javaproperties Only a submodule of azure-cli uses this dependency, so general functionality is not affected - however that module cannot work.
