ok... sorry for the mess i'm making of this bug report, but Lubuntu has now moved from LXDE to LXQt, so this feature request likely won't be implemented through these channels. I would advise upgrading to either 19.10 or 20.04 (when it's released) checking for an option in LXQt, and, if the feature isn't there then create another bug report.. Hope this helps!
