After installing current 20.04 release on ThinkBook 13s IML with Intel
audio card there is no sound available because sound card not detected
(only dummy output available in sound settings):

I've found similar bug reported here:
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/64720
As a workaround I've added `snd_hda_intel.dmic_detect=0` to boot options
and after that sound card successfully detected and started working.
